I had a termite problem for about 10 years and I had previously used a national company, who used to inspect, drill, and spray chemicals. They charged a large fee and after a few years I still had termites. In short, I spent alot of money, still had termites, and the technicians that they sent to my home were very unprofessional. The termite system was installed and since that time I have had absolutely NO termite or swarmer activity. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of The Shamrock technicians. I will always remember my first experience with Shamrock Pest Management. There had been more than the usual amount of bees inside my house. I happened to be working outside my house when I noticed a large amount of bee activity around my front door. I investigated outside and went inside and put my ear to the wall and heard this incredible humming sound. I called around to several national companies and got the same answer "We can come out in 3 or 4 days". Than I got in touch with Shamrock and Brian DeVera (owner) was at my door in 4 hours. He looked at the situation, determined it was a large nest of yellow jackets and took action.

He donned his "bee suit", sprayed outside, drilled a small hole and sprayed from the inside. Viola! In three days, no more bees! Because of his quick response and professional manner, I signed a contract the very next week. I find Brian and all of his technicians to be very thorough, professional and courteous. When you are in business that requires your employees to enter someone's home, these characteristics are a must. I have had a few lifestyle changes over the years and Brian has always accommodated the need to change my schedule to different days in the month. I have been contracted with Shamrock since August 2003 and I could not be more satisfied!

I had another extermination company, very well known nationwide which I was extremely unhappy with in terms of results and response from their office staff. I switched to Shamrock after a year with this company once the contract stopped and I have been very happy since day one. I got a response to my house the day after I called and monthly services since.

They found a carpenter ant nest the first month which the other company did not find. I have a service tech that actually services and treats my house for more than 5 minutes. Most importantly, I have had 2 technicians this last year, each of which have been nicer than the last. I trust both of them to be in my house. I don't feel as if I have to follow them from room to room and they have answered all of my questions.

Last summer I discovered that we had hornets nesting within our bedroom wall. Looking in the yellow pages, I saw the Shamrock add and decided to give them a call. Within an hour they had someone over who quickly solved our problem before it became a catastrophe.

Because of their responsiveness, we had them take care of our other pest problems (carpenter ants, flies, spiders, ect.) and within a very short time, the problems were gone. It's almost like living in a new house now!
